We did this already…

This workout frame was done just a few weeks ago.  The good thing was that it was hard.  The great thing is that this one will be harder.  The one and only redeeming quality of this workout is that you guys are totally not going to use thick lines of chalk on the floor to keep track of your scores.  That would just be an insane thing to do.

And you guys would be insane to be bothered by that,
